Served by tramway B, this hotel complex has 150 rooms, including junior suites with panoramic views (including a presidential suite) and connecting rooms for families. Entrance is via a lobby housed in 2 former silos that have been rehabilitated and are historically present on the site. The ground floor, which opens onto a landscaped patio, will be given over to lounges and seminar rooms. A restaurant-bar and a Spa with rooftop pool, overlooking the Bordeaux skyline, will offer top-quality services. This top-of-the-range hotel is totally designed to satisfy visitors from all over the world who come to discover this French destination renowned for its great wines. The hotel is part of an overall project comprising a 3-star hotel, a 200-bed youth hostel, 10,000 m² of office space (Whoorks), the 1800 m² Halles Bacalan including a brasserie, and a 400-space secure public car park.
