Each hotel project developed is the subject of studies

feasibility and positioning, a guarantee of long-term profitability, thus optimizing its RevPAR (revenue per room) and therefore its EBITDA (gross operating income).

Suitcase Hospitality limits itself to a few new hotel projects each year, so that each hotel is created with a tailor-made approach (projects starting from a minimum of 40 keys in Paris and 90 keys in Ile-de-France and the provinces), while respecting international hotel standards.
